Commission ticket detail

Q: Someone changed the commission amount on a ticket. The ticket master updated with a new revision, but the ticket detail did not? What is going on?

A: The ticket has a flag, include_comm, which indicates whether a commission is added to the net amount. If the include_comm is off, the commission does not effect net amount, and therefore, does not change the ticket detail.

This should change in the long term. There is an inconsistency in that, for these trades, on a new, the commission amount is placed on the ticket detail, but on edits, it is not.
