ticket canceled
Q: I double click on a ticket in a ticket finder and it comes up
canceled, but it was not red in the finder, and I did not delete the ticket.
A: If you open a (non modal) ticket finder and double click on a
ticket, edit that ticket, save your edit, close that ticket...then go back to the finder
that is still up, double click on the same ticket...you get a canceled ticket. Because
modal finders do not automatically update, the ticket finder gets the original ticket,
before the edit, which is now canceled as a result of the edit.
If you refresh the finder before double clicking on a ticket, you'll retrieve the right
ticket.
